Why I Made This

By researching my field school and the surrounding community, I hope to gain a better understanding of the individual students that I will be teaching. I will work to identify my students' cultural backgrounds, funds of knowledge, and unique strengths and challenges. Additionally, I will connect my research to what I have learned in my classes so far.
